When reporting a claim don't forget that we'll require a brief description of the incident, damage incurred, time and date of the incident, insurers name and your relevant contact details.
If appropriate, please advise details of when & where the incident was reported to the Police and / or any other authorities, together with their reference number.
You may need to supply hard copies of documents associated with the claim later in the process.
